Return Process

  Log into your BarberSets account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely place the unused tools, including all original guards, charging cables, and manuals, into the original product box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the tools, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
